Gavi di Gavi, Morgassi Superiore, Piemonte 2009
Wine Info
This is a classically styled Gavi from a top producer whose passion and expertise is displayed in their wines. The key to Piacitelli's lovely delicate Gavi is the immediate chilling of the freshly picked grapes, allowing the pressing at a lower temperature and thus preserving all the elegant scents of the Cortese. Morgassi wines show a fantastic clarity, freshness and finesse. Great with light pasta dishes.
